• Teacher Discount: Bring in your ID for 10% off our memberships and class packages. New clients can get 2 weeks unlimited for $49.00. Call or purchase in studio!

• Student Discount: Bring in your ID for a 10 class pack for just $149.00. New clients can get 2 weeks unlimited for $49.00. Call or purchase in studio!

• Membership Holds: We offer one free hold per contract term for our annual and 6 month members. A hold is considered a time span of 30 days. Annual members may request up to two additional holds and 6 month members may request up to one additional hold. Each additional hold is processed with a $30 fee. Medical holds will be considered on a case by case basis. All hold requests require notice in writing to info@alignslc.com and cannot be applied retroactively. 

• Early Contract Termination: If you need to end your membership contract early, there is a $30 fee for each month left on the contract. Medical cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis.

• Late Arrivals: Traffic can be the worst. To help we provide a 10 minute grace period for all classes. For your safety no one will be admitted after 10 minutes. 

• No Show/Late Cancellation Policy: In order to plan our classes to be their very best and to allow space for everyone who wants to take class, please remember that we provide a 4 hour early cancellation window for our classes. After this window, a $15 late fee will be applied. We understand that life happens, so should you need to cancel, please cancel or at least 4 hours prior to class.

• Reformer Pilates Cancellation Policy: Please make sure to sign up in advance for this one! If there are two or less people signed up for the class by 10 pm the previous day, the class will be canceled. You will be notified that evening via text or email. You will not be charged a late fee.

• 6:00am Class Cancellation Policy: Please make sure to sign up at least 24 hours in advance. If there is no one signed up within the 24 hour time frame, the class will be canceled. Our normal late cancel policy will apply.

• Class Size Policy: Your health and safety is our number one priority! Our class sizes ensure that you have a healthy amount of space to participate in each class feeling confident and comfortable. Please be aware, if there is only ONE PERSON signed up for class there is a chance that class will be
  canceled. You will be contacted by our lovely team.

• Membership Cancellation: Before you cancel let us see if we can help you reach your fitness goals and prioritize your me-
  time. Still can’t make it to the barre? Please send in your cancellation notice in writing 30 days in advance to info@alignslc.com. Keep in mind you are always able to upgrade your membership at any time. Memberships must be active and in good standing to cancel. Suspended memberships cannot be canceled until they are reactivated. 

• Memberships will automatically Renew: After contract completion you will automatically go month-to-month with your current membership. If you prefer to cancel after your contract completion, please submit your request in writing to info@alignslc.com 2 weeks prior. 

• Package Selections and Refunds: As industry standards we cannot refund services or extend packages and we are unable to transfer any purchases made. Please let us know if you would like help choosing the best option for your health and wellness goals.

• Member VIP 2 Week Referral: Valid 12 months after current VIP membership starts. One per VIP member. Must be used for new and local guests.
